Responsibilities:
- Process, clean, and package fish products
- Operate basic processing equipment and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Sort and inspect fish for quality control
- Follow all workplace safety and food handling procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to work in cold and wet environments
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
- Previous experience in a fish plant or food processing is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
