Universal Staffing Inc. opened its doors in May of 2002 in the city of Brampton, Ontario  Canada. Servicing a small number of clients from a modest office with minimal administrative staff, it has quickly grown over the years after utilizing its proven approach in personal customer service care for those who have staffing needs. Equivalently, the attention to assist individuals with their employment search favoured our goals in acquiring success with our staff relations and ultimately, client appreciation.

We are an employer who values equality and integrity in the workplace.

With patience and perseverance, Universal Staffing Inc. managed to overcome expected hurdles that came with starting a new name in any business and have successfully developed a larger client base and was able to eventually service  companies in British Colombia, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, Canada.

With 3 Branches in Ontario, 2 in Eastern Canada and a remote office in Vancouver, Universal Staffing Inc has been in business for over 20 years and assigns approximately 350+ temporary workers at any given time in a variety of industries that include, Warehouse & Distribution, Courier, Waste Removal, Automotive, Administrative and Food Service.

At the ready, our branch staff of 25 dedicated individuals at our various locations are collectively awaiting to be at your service, supported by our Head Office which is located where it all started from, in Brampton Ontario.
