We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Scale House Operator to join our clients team. . In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the weigh station operations, overseeing the safe and accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing vehicles, and ensuring proper documentation for all shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and operational efficiency. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse distribution processes, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Pay: CA$17.59 – CA$19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate the scale house equipment to accurately weigh trucks, trailers, and containers entering or leaving the facility.
- Manage the warehouse management system (WMS) to record weights, process shipping and receiving data, and track inventory movements.
- Conduct basic math calculations to verify weights, quantities, and measurements for shipping accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations within the scale house area.

Experience:
- Strong understanding of basic math skills necessary for weight verification and inventory calculations.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
