Property Maintenance Person
The role is mostly small repairs, service calls, and finishing work in residential units. We need someone who can go into a unit, understand what needs to be done, and take care of it independently.
Salary: $18/hour
Main tasks include:
- Small repairs and general maintenance
- Service calls (occupied and vacant units)
- Doors, trim, and minor flooring work
- Drywall patching, touch-ups, caulking
- Final fixes and getting units move-in ready
- Basic cleaning if needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in renovations or maintenance
- Someone reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Good English communication
- Driver’s license and own transportation
Full-time or part-time available.
