Our team at Universal Staffing Inc. is currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent /Dispatcher for one of our clients located in the Belleville area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience: 1 year preferred (but not necessary)
• Computer skills: Word/Excel, Dispatch App.
• Detailed orientated , very organized
• Work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Main priority is scheduling trucks efficiently. (planning truck routes with various drops)
  Scheduling freight routes to be picked up and delivered
• Providing shipping details to customers
• Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups, deliveries and tracking all the orders
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Negotiating rates and delivery time lines

Hours:

Full-Time

8am-5pm or 830-530pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends.

Pay:

Annual pay: $38,000 a year to start, (pay will increase based on experience)

Universal employees paid weekly by direct deposit.
